Restaurant HAPA is the love child of Chef's Brett and Nina Gardiner.  HAPA derives its name from the Hawaiian word meaning "mixed" and is represented in the variety of ingredients utilized in the menu items. The fusion cuisine is accompanied by a hand selected, moderately priced wine list. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, perfect for an intimate dinner, private party, business event or family gathering.

Restaurant HAPA is located at 3970 Tampa Road in Washington Square in historic Oldsmar Florida. This jewel of a restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday at 6:00 p.m. Reservations are suggested and can be made at 813.749.8400.  Gift certificates are available.
